I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sahara Star, Mumbai, and I must say the experience was fantastic! The ambience is absolutely awesome – from the moment you step in, the interiors and overall vibe give a luxurious and relaxing feel. One of the highlights of the rooms is definitely the balcony attached to every room, which is quite rare to find in Mumbai hotels. We stayed in Room 2036, and the night view from the balcony was simply stunning. We were there for our departmental meet held at Coral Hall on the 3rd floor, and the arrangements were impressive. The starters served during the event were delicious, and the overall service throughout the event was very professional. I also stayed overnight, and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff was extremely courteous and cooperative, always ready to help with a smile. The food was tasty, with a good variety and quality that lived up to expectations. Another big plus is the location – it’s one of the best hotels near Terminal 1, which makes it super convenient for travelers. The check-in process was smooth and express, which saved a lot of time. Overall, I’d highly recommend Sahara Star for both business and leisure stays. It ticks all the right boxes in terms of comfort, service, location, and luxury.

Food was well prepared and tasty too. Service however was terrible. Almost as if they purposefully provide slow service to ensure that they save on the buffet costs. Seems like a cheap ploy for cost cutting. In 2 hrs, the team never even bothered to offer all the appetizers available. Just got one appetizer served once and that's it. Had to go hungry throughout the event thanks to terrible service from the staff. I would not recommend organizing long events at Sahara Star where you take their catering services.

If one’s looking for value for their hard earned money, Hotel Sahara Star is the place. The place literally embodies the luxury like no other. The vibe, the food, the ambience everything is just top notch. Furthermore the staff is also extremely polite and respectful. Would definitely recommend it to others.
