Booked 2 different rooms for 4 nights. Standard room at the corner was small and cramped. Superior room was slightly more spacious with a longer sofa and bathtub. Room came with amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush. Best part of the hotel stay was definitely the service. Front counter Colline she was great and helpful. Housekeeping (Ms 许 was the top of all, excellent service, polite and helpful. Proactive in assisting my request, she made our stay the best of all keeping our rooms neat and tidy. Location was great and accessible to many attraction area with lots of local eateries around

The room is spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, pillow and bolster. The shower is great too. Like the location of the hotel as there are many eateries nearby. Walking distance to Senado Square

This is not a new hotel, but amenities are sufficient to justify a 4-star rating. Location is not too bad.... probable issue is there maybe transportation challenges if you are heading to the airport early in the morning. Fortunately for us, the front desk staff and security personnel were kind enough to arrange the airport transfer for us. As such, staff service attitude was excellent.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days while working as an artist in Macau. The staff were all incredibly helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and the meals were healthy and delicious. The swimming pool was also very cleanly kept and the staff most helpful. More than anything after my trip I thought I had left some of my cards in the room. The hotel checked the room, and then checked the safe a second time. In fact my cards were with me in my packing, but I was most grateful that they did this promptly and without any fuss. An excellent stay that I enjoyed throughly.

I had a wonderful stay in Macau and was especially impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the room – everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel’s central location was another huge plus, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. I’d also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Roy, Ivy, Daniel, and Gary for going the extra mile. I had accidentally left an important document in the safe, and thanks to their honesty, efficiency, and care, it was promptly returned to me. Their dedication and professionalism truly made a lasting impression. Highly recommended!
