This is the first time to visit Delhi. My arrival time was midnight.
I asked the reception staff to arrange the taxi to pick me up at the airport. He contacted me well, so that I found the driver easily. It was so helpful.
I slept well in the bedroom.
I am thankful to all the staff for making my stay comfortable.

Good choice near the airport for a night halt. Very close to the airport. Size of bed was large. Overall cleanliness was good. Service  was excellent right from pre-checking in, airport pickup & drop. Tea was served at 5:30 am. Variety of items  for breakfast. The only part we didn't like was the hotel is in internal small lane.

⚠️ Worst Experience at Hotel Pearl Delhi Airport – Stay Away!

Dear fellow travelers,

I want to share a serious warning about Hotel Pearl Delhi Airport so others don’t fall into the same trap we did. This hotel is an absolute scam, and I’m shocked that it’s listed as a 3-star property anywhere online.

We trusted the deceptive photos and fake ratings shown on booking platforms, but what we experienced was nowhere close to what was advertised. Here’s the truth:
•	? Horrible Location: The hotel is located deep inside a narrow, shady lane—big vehicles can’t even enter properly. You’ll struggle with luggage and access.
•	❌ Air Conditioning Disaster: The rooms had ACs, but they were just for show. Ours didn’t work the entire night, and we had to suffer in the heat — not even a fan as backup. We couldn’t sleep at all.
•	? Advance Payment Scam: They take full payment in advance — probably because they know you’ll want to leave the moment you check in. Once paid, you’re trapped.
•	✈️ Airport Drop Cheating: We booked an airport drop, and they intentionally dropped us at the wrong terminal — just to get rid of us quickly. Zero responsibility, zero empathy.
•	? Not Even Worth 1 Star: Filthy surroundings, poor maintenance, rude and unprofessional staff. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, and yet they claim to be a 3-star hotel.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives, and it’s frustrating to see them continue fooling people online.

Please do not book this hotel — not even for a stopover. It’s a complete rip-off with no regard for customer satisfaction or comfort.

I’m sharing this review in public interest so no other family has to go through what we did. Travelers deserve better.

I’ll admit I probably made a mistake in thinking this 3 star would be comfortable and meeting minimum standards. But it was the contrary to everything I could have imagined. We booked for 2 nights, but after one night we could not take it anymore and decided to leave without even trying to ask for a refund, knowing that we likely would not receive one.

So first, let me describe our experience. First, the hotel is located where a car cannot reach, so you must take all your luggage and walk jagged, fly-infested terrain to reach the front steps of Hell…oh I mean, Hotel Pearl.

Immediately upon getting there, my fiancée looked as if she’s seen a ghost. Little did she know, it was her soul leaving her body.

Here comes the second mistake we made. They asked us to see the room first upon checking in. This is where we should’ve said no, but my fiancé didn’t want to seem overly privileged, so she said it was okay when it was not.

When I grabbed our bags from downstairs and returned, I saw that familiar look of quiet desperation, as if she was screaming in her head “HELP ME”. Indeed, she was. Points to me for finally recognizing her distress. She asked me to sit on the bed. When I did my back just about broke. I have never sat in such a rock solid bed. I checked underneath if it was a mattress or wood pallets. While it looked to be a mattress, I am still not convinced on what lies within the fabric concealing what’s within.

She then asked me to look at the shower. She informed me she would not be using it. The toilet seat…did not look to be cleaned. Toilet paper was properly laid down before use.

We left to go to the markets, where my fiancée was back to being her happy self! However, upon return, it was almost as if the energy of Hotel Pearl possessed her because my sweet fiancé was again gone. Looking into her eyes, I did not recognize who she was.

- When we told them about our negative experience, there was no apology from them.
-  as my fiancée and I are white people, they tried to take pictures of us at the reception to boost their ‘legitimacy’ as a hotel hosting foreigners.

- The room was not clean. There were stains in the bed. There were still hairs and pubes from past customers in the bed and bathroom! Absolutely disgusting.

- The bed mattress felt like we were sleeping on wooden pallets. I usually sleep on my side so my shoulder was sore.

- The A/C was making a loud ‘BANG’ sound every 20minutes as if someone was trying to break into our room. It made this noise during the whole night. With my fiancée we were jolted multiple times during our sleep because of this.

- My fiancée was physically ill as if she was allergic to something. Upon waking up, we discovered what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom. The air in the room would make her stuffy.

- The location of the hotel is not reachable with a car as it is located in very dirty and smelly back alley. There was a dead rat 10 meters away from the hotel as we came to check in! In addition, my fiancée was almost attacked by a stray dog as we walked down the alley. How would tourists and visitors think about your hotel if this is the experience reaching the hotel? Absolutely terrifying.

After checking out, receptionist forcefully asking us to give 5 start rating. Even he tried to grab our photo to put good ratings in agoda.
They served previous night food for the next day. When we questioned them, the restaurant staff's behavior turned rude. How can one eat food with bad quality that was charged 550 rupees. They try to scam when we paid for the food. Be carefull and refer the menu card for food price before you pay.

Note: we gave 5 star rating during check out then only he allowed us to leave. We are changing the reviews when we moved out safely from that place.
