Great Hotel! It's so nice when the photos online of the rooms match the actual reality. I was surprised by some of the negative reviews. We'd stayed in some pretty basic 3 star hotels in India. This was pure luxury in comparison. We originally booked it as a good value transit hotel for our flight the following morning after our India trip (as the airport Holiday Inn Express and Aerocity hotels are overpriced and poor value for money). Great staff, high standards, good security, and very modern refurbished clean cosy rooms, the wood panelling and floors was a nice touch. Big comfy beds and clean linen. The restaurant also does great food. The only real improvement required is the water pressure in the shower. It's worth noting that no one paid or coerced me to write a positive review as has previously been mentioned. The uber cost and driving time is quite favourable to the airport from the hotel also. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Convenient location near major attractions made exploring easy.

Hotel Palazo inn is very neat and clean banquet hal interiors and beautification standards are comparable to any 5star hotel or more than that l,ideal for gathering of 300 persons. Food quality is awesome except service staff is very lazy and not upto mark of Plazzo inn.management should bring active and smart service staff for snacks servicing.
