This hotel offers excellent service combined with first class location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable eager to make your stay the best experience. The room was fantastic clean and comfortable I upgraded to a jacuzzi room and was very impressed with it being spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Great, friendly staff and 5-star gorgeous room. Super location and great price. Loved the rooftop with a cute welcome drink. Great coffee at breakfast buffet. Terrific pizza in adjoining Bacon Salmon. I’ll be back! ❤️

My go to hotel for Bangkok. It’s my 4 th visit in 2 years. Everything is quality. Rooms are very clean, front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good. Location for me is great as it’s not in a loud busy area but it’s next to the river. I highly recommend Hotel Once!

I chose this place for a staycation, worth every penny. The location was great and easy for locating. The staff are nice and very helpful. Their top loof bar is the must to visited place, a great atmosphere, and a delicious meal. Their room is clean and comfortable. I booked a room with a jacuzzi and breakfast, and it is fascinating.
