Room: Deluxe King We were walking around in the neighbourhood, and looking for our next hotel. Stumble on this & decided to walk in to see if they had availability for next few days. We were met with Joel who was happy to show us what some of the rooms looked like. We went across the street to have a drink/snack, checked pricing with booking sites & booking directly, and Joel was correct, booking direct was cheaper than Bookings.com! We booked 2 nights, and I walked across the street and mentioned that it was our honeymoon trip. We came early to drop off our bags on check-in day and left. Upon return (early check-in was available, Joel messaged as he said he would), our luggage was already in rhe room, and a nice display/card was on the bed! We like that all the mini bar items are complimentary and replenished! Joel is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and is an asset to your establishment.

My family and I spent 3 nights at a The photographer suite at NuVe. Nice complimentary mini bar, the hotel clean and the location perfect for sightseeing. Their food staff friendly and helpful with every request we had. Definitely worth the stay

I recently stayed at Hotel NuVe Heritage near City Hall, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—within walking distance to major attractions like Raffles City, National Gallery, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It’s also very well-connected via MRT, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself has a boutique feel, with a charming and intimate atmosphere. My room was cozy, clean, and well-designed, with thoughtful touches like complimentary minibar items and a Nespresso machine. The bed was comfortable, and despite being in the heart of the city, the room was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were courteous and helpful, offering early check-in when possible and assisting with directions and luggage storage. While the hotel doesn’t have extensive facilities (no gym or full restaurant), it makes up for it with personalized service and unique character. One minor downside is that the room size may feel a bit tight for travelers with large suitcases, and the bathroom layout could be more spacious. However, for a short city stay, it’s more than adequate. Overall, Hotel NuVe Heritage is a stylish and convenient choice for travelers who value location, comfort, and boutique charm over big-hotel amenities. Would definitely consider staying here again!
