A very simple and fast check in process. Good room, not too big, AC works fine. They provide a free access to mineral water. I like this feature. The only thing that needs improvement is elevator button as it wasn't really responsive so you need to touch it several time until it beeps.

Stay at the least price. Didn't anticipate much more, but the amenities met Neo standards. The receptionist and security are friendly. No complaints. A little information: it is tough to find food nearby that is easily accessible by foot. It will not be a problem if you bring your own vehicle or purchase food online. There is a minimarket at the nearby gas station.

First time staying here and everything was great. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by so many restaurants. Will definitely back in the future short visit to Surabaya.
