We have a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is very conveniently located near train stations, shops, and restaurants. Though the size is just right, it is very organized, neat and clean as well. We got all the things we need here. The staffs specially in the receptionists are accomodating, polite and helpful. We have no difficulty communicating with them since they speak english. Overall, it was a very excellent experience. We felt like this is home away from our home in the philippines. ❤️?

Had a fantastic stay! The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They can speak English, which made communication easy. The free shuttle to Disneyland and DisneySea was a great convenience. The hotel's location is perfect, just a 1-2 minute walk to the station. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The hotel has everything you need, and there are plenty of food options nearby, making it easy to grab a bite even late at night. Highly recommend! ?

I just wanted to add a comment to my rating as I only gave stars. This hotel was very lovely. So clean. Very very very very small by American standards but the sizes of the rooms WERE listed so it wasn’t a surprise. The staff… was so so kind. Honestly I didn’t expect anyone to speak English but your very young front desk staff spoke it more and spoke it better than any other hotel we stayed at for our ten days. I was so impressed. You are very lucky to have such people working for you! My family of five all agreed it was the best room of all, and had the best breakfasts. The location seemed less tourist, more neighborhood oriented, and we all really loved that. Location is close to train and bus stations, convenience stores, shops.. it was wonderful. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We're very happy with our stay. Thank you to the staff that are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and well kept. They even offer free snacks at midnight! Perfect location close to the train station, grocery, convenience store and restaurants. Would definitely book here again next time!

Good value hotel, beds were comfy and staff were very nice (also free drinks during the day and snacks at night) Train station is also very close and there’s supermarkets and restaurants around Free shuttle to Disney is also very nice Issues I have: TV is a standard one, no YouTube or anything Fridge is a bottle fridge. You can barely fit anything in it Area below the bed is very dirty Dusting is probably not done behind the TV and fridge as it was very dusty (not good for me because I have a dust allergy) Overall I highly recommend staying here as it’s a very well priced hotel
