I spent 2 nights and everything went well, even more than that because I got chosen as "guest of the day" and got free breakfast for each day although I booked room only, plus I got free online check-out till 3pm. Very convenient. The location is perfect, just opposite Bencoolen MRT station with direct connection to airport as well as downtown. Rooms are rather small but good enough for 1-2 people. All modernly equipped. All staff is very polite and helpful. Will be happy to stay here again.

Room : very small but it has everything you need. Cleanness: in general. It’s very clean everywhere. Facility: swimming pool is very nice and they have a small gym for basic stuff. Location: good location. Near many bus stop and metro. Even u can walk to many attractions. Service: all staff are nice in general. Not many service we received though. Value: this hotel is more expensive than my 5 star hotel in Thailand. Hopefully the price can be cheaper

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. The room was clean but quite small and suffered on some evenings from noise from the bars in the street below our window. The hotel is well located for attractions and very close to a metro station. The inclusive breakfast was at the cafe over the road pending refurbishment of the hotel restaurant but this was quite poor. The food was sparse, limited in selection, luke warm at best, the toasters didn't work properly and the serving area was invariably crowded. I'd happily stay here again but would review breakfast options.

Front desk service is great. However, the room is small and just nice to fit a queen size bed in. The mattress was not the spring type. This made me uncomfortable to sleep on it. Moreover, the next door voices can be heard. I still recommending if u just need a room to stay alone. Good location a few walk away to the Bencoolen mrt station.
