Great hotel with excellent location, good renovated rooms (a bit small) and a cozy swimming pool. Breakfast buffet it good, for lunch or dinner it’s better to find a place outside of the hotel. Service was, as usual in HCMC, very good. No need to pay the high price of the Park Hyatt, you get similar comfort for a better price.
A classy 5 star hotel with excellent service, clean well appointed rooms and good views of the river. Onsite dining facilities with excellent menu and good views. Note : All rooms do not have the views of the river. Lower level rooms closer to the street maybe noisy, with traffic flowing late into the night on this busy street.
This is an old building that has been renovated. Our room (Room 316) was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful with any and all questions. When checking out, we were informed housekeeping located a blouse we left behind. The front desk it was immediately bring brought down to us. That was outstanding and very much appreciated. No hesitation to recommend this hotel to others and definitely will stay here again when visiting Saigon in the future.
This is a classic hotel located along the river at the end of Dong Khoi Street. It was founded in 1925, so this year marks its 100th anniversary, and it is the first hotel in Ho Chi Minh City to receive a five-star rating. Although there is no driveway, it is a beautiful Western-style building, and once you enter the entrance, the decorations are even more beautiful and stained glass is used extensively. The room I stayed in this time was basic, but still very nice. Although there was almost no view, the ceiling was high and open, which is rare for an old building. Everything you need was provided, and extra mineral water was provided in the evening. The staff were all informal but friendly, which made a good impression. If I had to say something, it would be that the bathroom was marble-like and luxurious, but the amenities were small and the bottles were hard to get. Breakfast was served at the restaurant bar on the fifth floor, and the view from there was amazing. There was also a live kitchen for pho and banh mi, and the food was delicious. This hotel has a pool, spa, and gym, but they are relatively small. However, there was water and bananas in the gym. Room tour movie can be seen on YouTube.
