What a fantastic hotel. One of a kind and the staff make it so special. I had a few issues mainly relating to other guests but the staff really did their best to make me feel better afterwards. So accommodating and so much history. One of the most beautiful places and it's crazy that you can stay there. It's a live in museum. Best service. Best location. Comfiest beds. Fluffiest towels. Real fresh flowers in the bedroom ?

Heritage, classics, and luxury brought me to the Napoleonic era. Also, this hotel represents Surabaya as Heroes City. I would highly recommend staying here during a vacation with family or business trip; you will learn the art of staycation while learning history.

First time to stay here. Never imagined this marvelous experience in this vintage historical hotel. As you can see here, how they maintain their property. Clean. And no humid at all. As I stayed at the Heritage Room, and the vibe inside the room was fabulous. Antique. Vintage. Neaty. Tidy. And the room's scent was pleasant. The tiles of this hotel is still the same old as the first time they built it I guess. Because the tiles looks old yet very clean. Surely I will return here as All Accor member

It was a pity there was no hotel tour during the Eid. However we did enjoyed our lunch and had a visit in the beautiful garden.

We're here for the hotel's historical tour. Not only did we learn about the hotel history, but we also learned about historical events related to the hotel existence. And in the end we got an afternoon tea time with pastries. So delicious ?
