First time on Jeju Island for my husband and I, and had a great experience at Hotel Leo. Service was excellent!! Valet parking is always complimentary which was very nice. HeLen at the front desk is the BEST. She is so so nice and speaks very good English. She gave good recommendations and tips which was very helpful as first time travellers to Korea. She is professional and efficient! Keep up the great work HeLen. The rooms are spacious, great for opening up luggage and easy of packing. Loved the rain showers and provided nice haves like hairdryer and steamer machine in the room. Cleaning everyday was done well. Comfortable beds, pillows, and comforters. Appreciated the kind sized bed. Location wise it is close to the airport. We drove to all parts of the island and it provided easy access to and from main highways. At night there tons of restaurants, shops, and cafe to enjoy in the immediate area that open till late. We had the best braised mackeral in the area just a couple blocks down. Can’t go wrong with any seafood dishes on the island! Highly recommend Hotel Leo for your stay here.

Location is very pleasant and convenient, pretty close to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options but it does the job. Some of the staff members were very kind and helpful, some others didn’t even smile and were pretty cold. Overall the experience was nice.

We stayed at Hotel Leo throughout our first Jeju trip and it was a great experience. The hotel has all the basic amenities that you need. The location is excellent, right at downtown area - there’s Lotte Department Store a stone’s throw away and many other great restaurants nearby. Vibrant shopping street on Singwang-ro is also just 5-8mins walk away. I would like to spotlight Helen who helped us checked in. Her verve and bubbliness are so likeable. Helen was very helpful with recommending good restaurants nearby and had patiently explained about their free car valet service. Helen is definitely the superstar at the hotel!
