Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Indigo Potts Point! Easily the best location in Sydney, close to everything but still quiet and full of charm. We loved being able to walk around the neighborhood and explore all the nearby cafes and spots. The amenities were great, and the room had a really smart use of space. The kitchen and bathroom were modern, clean, and well-designed. Plus, it’s pet friendly, which is always a nice bonus. But what really stood out was the incredible service. Everyone was lovely, but Riella in particular went above and beyond. She was so helpful, kind, and welcoming, honestly one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back, next time we want to try one of the suites! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

I like the thespian theme it's not as boring as other hotels ? Only thing I didn't like is that there's no sink in the rooms, only in the bathroom. Also the TV didn't appear to have Netflix or Amazon. Besides that everything else was perfect.

Great location with everything you might need close by. Top floor rooms on the west side of the building have views out to Sydney Harbour and the heads. Small but beautifully designed modern decor in the rooms. The only negative is the few breakfast options (usually included in rate), but made up for it with fabulous coffee and warm attentive staff. I would definitely stay again. Tip: join IHG rewards before booking to access late checkouts and request a harbour view room on floor 10 or 11.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff was friendly and always ready to help—special shoutout to Vindy, Dennise, Pratishya and Raj for making it a very comfortable stay
