I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The upgraded room was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast was just impeccable. The handwritten welcome letters added a nice personal touch, and the abundance of free snacks and drinks made the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the night market is just one stop away, making it a perfect spot for exploring the local scene.

The location is right outside the Central Park train station, so it was really convenient. Employees were very nice and helpful, ensuring that we have a good time in kaohsiung (they helped us with our itenary) and an enjoyable stay in the hotel. Everyone from the reception, to the breakfast buffet staff, to the room service/cleaners were really pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious. Overall a very pleasant experience, and I would love to stay here the next time I'm in KS.

Stayed here for 10 nights, and only had great memories. I was initially assigned to higher floor room, it was spacious but the room did not have what i needed for the stay. I went down to reception the next morning, and asked if there's any other room that would better suits my need. A lady named Jeslin Lin helped me, and asked if i would like to see the available rooms. She was kind enough to not only find the room that'd suit me, but also helped me moved. As patron of the hotel, i felt that my need was seen and heard, and i really appreciate that. Aside from Jeslin Lin, i also love and appreciate the attentive and cheerful greetings whenever i walked past the reception. Be it 6am or 11pm, there were always staffs at the reception, smiling and greeting us patrons with "Hi, welcome back!", small gestures but such great impact. Even the housekeeping team were all friendly, kind and always keen to offer help. And bonus point was the laundry/dry cleaning service was done so fast, in before 12pm, return same day before 9pm, love the apt service! Overall, love every part of my stay, and would definitely recommend to my friends and family, and would come back to stay at Indigo Kaohsiung again real soon. Thank you everyone at Hotel Indigo Kaohsiung for making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable❤️ Ps: some points that i'd love to add is the cleanliness of the room and beddings. The floor were dust free, beddings and towels were all very clean, and did not smell of bleach or perfum❣️

Quite nice and trendy hotel of IHG, but also very comforting place to stay. All staffs were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good. We had to miss it on the last day because of our early flight, but they prepared a really nice takeaway meal for us. It is located in the heart of downtown so you can go anywhere easily.
