I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room for one was small but the price for it was fair. The staff is helpful. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of healthy (and mostly Asian) choices. It would have been nice if the eating area was bigger as it got quite crowded at times during breakfast when everyone from a tour group ate at the same time. The free soft drinks available all day was a nice bonus. Location was convenient - close to a metro station and there was a bus loop just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel at which there is a bus that will take you directly to Disneyland and DisneySea. There is also a limousine bus from Narita airport that will drop you off at that metro station that is close to the hotel.

Superb. The hotel is super guest friendly!! The policy that they allow guests to bring food and drink to the hotel canteen area is the best for Travellers unlike other business hotels in Japan that they do not allow to use the dining area and ask you to dine in your tiny tiny room. I hate that because the room itself will be food smell and the carpet is at risk of food stains. That's why this hotel has the very clean carpet floor in each room. (this is my second time visiting here). Nobody wants to eat in the room unless there are no place to eat. Thank you for Hotel Il Fiore Kasai that provides some areas for eating and we Travellers have a chance to talk to each other as well. It feels like warm and relax atmosphere here. The location itself is surrounded by the bus which we can have transportation at ease.

Perfect if you wanna be closer to Tokyo Disney! The bus that goes there is at 2mins from the hotel. Several restaurants near by and not to mention a very nice book off which is always great ?

Great value. Simple, cheap, easy. The rooms themselves are a step up from what you’d normally get at the price. They have a drink corner in the lobby akin to what you’d see at a family restaurant. I saw a baby cockroach in the lobby, so I deducted a star and am glad I didn’t get breakfast.
