I am writing this review while we are still checked in, here at the breakfast dining area while enjoying my cup of cafe mocha- which is, one of the best parts of this hotel. Coffee is FREE -24 hours, UNLIMITED. If only for this, I would love to check in here again in future travels. Japanese Green tea ( in sachets, are complimentary too ) - guests can get them- infront of the ground floor elevator. Even the water is unlimited too. Guests can freely bring their refillable bottles & the room kettle to fill with water. The breakfast buffet is superb! There is tempura! The rooms are just the right size for a couple. The hotel is clean. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. And they always do their utmost best to help. Hotel Forza is situated in a good location- there is Lawson, MOs Burger, St Marc’s and Starbucks within 2mins away and some quaint & truly Japanese cafes & pastry shops. Kitahama station is abt 2mins away too. Less than a kilometer ( faster if u take a taxi ) are the luxury shops. I definitely recommend this hotel for travelers. I give it a rating of 9/10 .

Well, first impressions: this is a great hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. The only minor issue I encountered was with the slow-draining sink — it wasn’t a plumbing problem but rather the plug, which I fixed by simply removing it. Furthermore, the laundry room was a bit disappointing; I would have thought more highly of the hotel overall, but the poor condition of the laundry facilities lowered my impression. We stayed for four nights, so naturally we needed to do laundry at some point, and it fell short of expectations. Overall, though, I had a wonderful stay and would still recommend this hotel.

Had such a wonderful stay here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend paying for it if you feel like having some breakfast. The room was also spacious and clean. The hotel is near the Kitahama station. The area is also quiet and peaceful since it’s situated in the business district . There’s a Lawson, Starbucks and other cafes near the hotel. Highly recommend of you’re planning to come to Osaka!

Overall good stay. Breakfast was also decent with variety of Japanese and international food. Rooms for improvement would be the long waiting elevators from time to time unnecessarily stopping at several floors making the journey to 15 floor like a metro trip. The laundry room was also not really matching the scale of the hotel, being just 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, which left us spend around 2 hours by waiting on a line to not miss it, and calling reception so they could collect other guests’ belongings so we could wash out clothes.
