Just checked out from Hotel Ciputra Jakarta, and it was an amazing experience! I chose this hotel mainly for its direct access to the shopping mall, which made everything so convenient. The spacious lobby had plenty of snack options, and the ice cream is definitely a must-try! A big thank you to Erika, Ken, Diah, and Lucky for their warm and attentive service—they truly made my stay special. My room was beautifully maintained and had a fantastic direct view of the swimming pool, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and vacations. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean and nice room, comfy bed and pillow. Good water pressure for shower, basic amenities provided. Strong aircon and quiet environment. Connected directly to the mall, very easy to access. Good security system., required room card to access the hotel from the mall. Attentive and nice staff, very polite and always smiling. Appreciate the nice arrangement for our anniversary.

Wonderful hotel situated in a prime location in West Jakarta, conveniently close to several shopping malls such as Central Park and directly connected to Mall Ciputra Jakarta. The front desk staff are exceptionally helpful and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Even at breakfast, the staff remain attentive—I requested additional cutlery, and they promptly delivered it to my table. The lobby is spacious and well-designed, featuring a dedicated smoking area nearby, making it an ideal spot to relax while enjoying the ambiance. I would highly recommend this hotel for both staycations and business trips.
