It was a great stay at Hotel Bajaria, Room was very clean and well maintained by the management. Even bathroom was tidy. I would recommend anyone searching for a stay at Heart of South Mumbai. Just at walkable distance there were mouth watering street food in the night. And in the morning one can find breakfast easily may be you are from any part of India.

The worst place to be here… the staff is so so ill mannered and have no concern for the client… we have reached in midnight and the staff doesn’t allow us and says all kind of reasons… there is no room of customer service at all… highly recommend not to stay at this hotel.. the staff Azam was not at all helpful and was very rude…  they haven’t given us the room neither refunded our amount.. this is what the service they give to the clients

We booked this place recently for 3 days but couldn't stay longer than over a night. Here is what went wrong:
1. Locality: This was one of the major reason coz of which we decided to shift. The hotel is situated at a very cramped up lane & we had difficulty getting cabs . Also being a women I was not comfortable wearing any kind of clothes. The locality speaks traditional & I was not comfortable wearing a piece of denim.
2. Rooms: The room and washroom was very clean but very scanty. We can hear the outside disturbances.
3. Services: No water was provided not even regular. The service staff was playing videos on loudspeaker in the night around 3-4, which disturbed our sleep.
4. Misguided Images on google maps. Place is not even near to what is projected

Very rude owner that aged one, even they don't give 1ltr complimentary water bottle!
They charged us 4000 for a night but the location quality of rooms not at all worth it!
Check out time is 10 they scare you while check in time that i will come at 9am for checkout recall. You need to walk too much grabbing cabs.
