Hop Inn Hat Yai is a good hotel, worth the money. The hotel was tidy and clean. It has all necessities and facilities for their guests although sound proof should be applied to all room. Nonetheless. staffs were very friendly and helpful. We always stay at Hop inn.

Staff very nice and helpful. They recommend few place and the event in Hatyai during my stay let me have idea where to go, it is very useful information. Even where to dinning...have few suggestion. Also everytime when I back, if staff have time they will chitchat and asking where to go and share, the friendly relationship which is really nice! Yeah....it is really call warm heart feeling and is the main reason I will choose to return to this branch again on my next trip to Hatyai!

As usual facilities is great. Toilet pressure is good. Some improvement to suggest is smart tv for Netflix. Add another clothes hanger will be more comfortable for couples with more clothes.

room is clean and spacious, for those light sleeper like myself, I would recommend choosing the room not facing the main road cause i did not get sound sleep due the non stop traffic on the main road . No kettle to boil water for tea or coffee but they serve hot chocolate and coffee during breakfast. Overall, nice hotel to stay in. They provide parking lots .

I like this hotel because it is very clean and in good condition like new..already 2 times stay there. I will come back next time..
