I stayed at this aparthotel with my family for four nights, and overall, we were very satisfied. Positives: The unit had great amenities for travelers, such as a washing machine, an electric stove, and a microwave. Since we were on a long trip, having these facilities was perfect—we could wash our clothes here and have clean clothes for the rest of our journey. The rooms were clean. The staff were very responsive and provided anything we needed as quickly as possible. Negatives: The kitchen had small cockroaches, which could be improved in the future. There was no air conditioning in the living room, while the bedrooms had separate AC units. It would be much better if the living room had AC as well. The location was average. You are at an equal distance from both the north and south of Mumbai. The surrounding area is not very upscale, but we liked it. There are many street vendors selling high-quality fruits nearby. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Finding a good, affordable place to stay in Mumbai can be tricky—especially when you’re choosing between pricey hotels or unpredictable Airbnbs. We were short on time and energy to dig deep into listings, but came across Home2 Suites & Service Apartments, saw the photos and a few positive reviews, and decided to give it a shot. And I’m glad we did! Located in Santacruz, it’s quite close to the Mumbai Airport and also accessible to BKC, although traffic can be a bit much in that area (which is kind of true for all of Mumbai). Despite initial hesitation, the property turned out to be a great find. We were three people and had booked a studio apartment for two nights. It had a queen-size bed and an extra folding mattress was provided. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the bathroom was spotless—something we really appreciated. The apartment also had a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, washing machine, electric stove, and all necessary utensils—even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t try their food services, so can’t comment on that, but overall, it was a very comfortable and hassle-free experience. If you’re looking for a clean, functional, and reasonably priced place near the airport or BKC, I’d definitely recommend checking this out. I’d personally consider staying here again.

I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a stay with your friends or family. The property and rooms are very well maintained. The staffs were very polite and helpful. We checked in very late in the night but still the staffs were very cooperative. We had a very comfortable and cozy stay. The breakfast they provided was also very good. They even offered us with extra food for travel. We would love to visit again!!!

The rooms are very clean and well maintained and is very convenient to travel from the airport. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable, well located and service-oriented accommodation in Santacruz.

I stayed here for a week. The units are spacious and well maintained. Manager Francis and his team go above beyond in providing a great service to the guests. They always greeted us with a smile and genuinely driven to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From dental kits to travel adapters, requests were fulfilled in minutes and delivered to our room.
