Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Staff We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel during our stay in Saigon! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. The hotel’s style is vibrant and fun, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere that added to the overall experience. A standout feature of our stay was the complimentary ramen, which was such a delightful and unexpected treat—perfect for a quick snack after a day of exploring. Special thanks to Candice/Thao Nguyen, who was an absolute gem. She provided us with fantastic local recommendations that truly elevated our trip. Her warm and caring demeanor made us feel right at home, and she consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The staff, especially Candice, was the highlight of our stay, and their exceptional hospitality is a key reason why we’ll definitely return to this hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon!

This was my first visit to this place, and I initially wasn't impressed by the exterior. However, my opinion changed once I stayed here. The interior design was modern, and the room was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was surprisingly affordable given the high quality of the accommodations.

Shower system is very interesting. Impossible to take a shower without having the water going over all the WS. We can see the moisture area where the water got stoked because of that issue (even tho it’s not a wet room)

Gotta try the "1st time" • Lovely ambiance - peaceful and relaxing Just wat u need after a long flight • Bed - nice n soft • Lotsa free stuff eg: unlimited noodles, peanuts,coffee tea • Lots of tv channels too • Reception super helpful !!! The biggest asset here is the staff !!!! Wat more can 1 ask for Value for ur money
