It’s my first staying this hotel and wonder why didn’t discover this hotel until recent. Love how the location is so convenient and could even see St Giles from my room. Love how spacious the room and great view. The staffs who handled my check in and out were amazing and not forgetting the breakfast, wide spread and delicious. What more could you ask for? When the nice female staff asked how was my stay and my reply was fantastic! I’ll be back. Thank you ☺️

Hotel was located in a wonderful location which is very easily accessible to many amazing places. Book the suite room for family outing. Disappointed with the maintenance of the room. Glass was cracked, TV not working and bathtub was also not functioning. Call the operators numerous times and took hours to get back. Breakfast was good and the service of manager Jasri was so outstanding compare to what we faced yesterday. He is professional manner and friendly approaches make us feel welcome.

The parking was really narrow when you negotiated the corner where you must have good skills to take the corner. overall the room is very comfortable. You still can hear the motorbike exhaust noise in the middle of the night. Walking distance to select all types of foods which is convenient. The staff serve with a sour face or are in a bad mood lol ?
