Great location right on East Nanjing Road in Shanghai, a bustling and vibrant area. The hotel rooms are spacious, well-designed, and very clean. The housekeeping staff are friendly, and the view from the side facing Nanjing Road is fantastic. One thing to note: the address can be tricky to locate on Chinese food delivery apps. Be sure to check with the front desk for the exact address format before ordering. The food is delivered to your room by a robot, which is super convenient and adorable!

I highly recommend this hotel! The check-in process was fast and smooth, and the staff spoke excellent English, which made everything even easier. If you can, choose a room with a city view — it’s absolutely worth it. The location is great, just a short walk from Nanjing Road, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Another highlight was their breakfast buffet, which includes halal options, making it accessible to a wider range of guests. Overall, an excellent experience!

It was amazing experience to stay at this hotel. This is so good for all. It’s on very good and popular place. It’s middle of Shanghai city. Beside everything for food drinks available with good price. Specially this hotel room service and all was so perfect. Room was so big and clean with very good shower closet. Internet and electricity service to use device charge and use was so perfect. Security was excellent, nobody have allow to go for others floor, as it’s restricted. I love it all ?

Was staying at another Holiday Inn, but needed help catching a cab in bad rainy weather. Your excellent staff member, Hans helped us negotiate for a taxi service. Very thankful to this genuinely helpful and kind staff. Will certainly stay at this location next time??
