Great hotel for a staycation as there are a lot of activities to do within the resort. I was in a beautiful suite and I enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They provided a shuttle to and from the Ferry terminal. The hotel is a bit far from the town. I enjoyed my birthday vacation at this hotel

It was my third time staying actually. But here is the review: The resort was in a quiet area. The room area was big. It was very typical of the old hotel. But the room is still good. All of the hotel staff were especially kind to the guests. The reception was nice & they remembered your request to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast area staff was very helpful & greeted you in the morning. Mostly my stay experience was great with only one note of the old room. If you don't mind the old room, then everything was great.

It is my second visit in 2 years . The resort has sorta finished being refurbished . Rooms are updated from before . The service was good . I had arranged for a spa package to tie in with my stay . My travelling cohort was 3 people with 3 spa packages . I had earlier indicated that there will be 4 people and 3 with spa packages and paid for it . When the front desk realised it was, they contacted me 2 hours after check in to give me a refund of the unused portion via a food voucher . This was definitely above board but definitely appreciated . The strong pull of the hotel is the fabulous spa treatment they provide . Will definitely stay again .

My first time staying here. Stayed here for 3D2N, and absolutely fantastic staff!!. Very helpful and always smiling. Food wa delicious and Massage was really good. Facility and our room was neat and beautiful. Will definitely come back here.
