The location is the main advantage of the hotel. You are in walking distance to a bus which gets you fast to the city center or the metro. also the beach is in a short walkable distance. the hotel has a above standard breakfast buffet, check in was smooth and i got my room even ahead of time. the rooms are very small, but for the value of your money a great deal in singapore

Breakfast buffet is 10 stars! It's got Indian cuisine, American fare, French bakeries, Salads, Vegan, fruit, all the grains, and so many beverages. Fitness gym is wonderful. Lobby is clean with plenty indoor and outdoor seats. Wi-fi accessible everywhere. Aside from minor cleanliness issues with my room that the management and staffed addressed, I would return for everything else, especially the breakfast buffet. With so many eateries nearby, it makes my day incredibly easier to dine at the hotel and then readily go out to enjoy the city!

Amazing location and wonderful people working here. The only complaint is that beds can be too hard depending on the person (but this is very personal and you should not take it into consideration unless you really need a soft mattress). Incredible breakfast and cleaning service as well. I would return!

This was an excellent stay for my first visit to Singapore. Clean, easy to navigate and friendly staff. Arrived a bit early but the hotel had places for me to store my luggage whilst I wait for my room to be cleaned. The breakfast in the morning had a good variety of food and was a great way to start the day. The only minor downside is that it is a bit far from the centre of the city but it is well connected as there is an MRT station about 5 minutes walk away as well as being near the bus station aswell. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Holiday Inn again next time I am in Singapore.

My husband and I have yet to reach the end of our stay, but I would like to compliment Jenny, who cleaned our room, on 21 May 2025 and 22 May 2025. I requested that she only cleans the shower area, toilet and vacuum the carpet. She understood quickly and worked briskly. She also cleared the bins and replenished the necessary without me specifying i.e. she didn't assume that I literally meant to clean selected areas only and didn't need anything else. Jenny also has a very pleasant smile and approachable disposition. We sincerely hope that the hotel will take this well-meaning customer feedback into consideration when you next perform staff appraisal/salary reviews. Thank you.
