I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! The hotel itself is lovely — the staff and service were excellent, and the location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. The food and rooms were also fantastic. I would especially like to mention Serene. She was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely sweet. Every morning, I had the pleasure of seeing her, and she was always there to help with anything I needed. We formed a lovely connection, and her warmth and care truly made my stay even more special. Thank you so much, Serene, for your exceptional service and the love you put into your work. You’re truly a gem!

Have just stayed during a holiday from England. The first thing to say is this would probably be classed as a 5 star hotel back home. The rooms were cleaned daily. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were a delightful oasis from the Singapore heat. The location to Clarke quay and it's shops and restaurants were ideal. The staff were the most knowledgeable and helpful people you could wish for. Not one criticism.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Clarke Quay Singapore and had the pleasure of dining at their buffet restaurant several times. May, who works there, made every visit extra special! She was warm, attentive, and always made sure that I felt welcome. Her friendly demeanor and genuine smile brightened up my mornings. I truly appreciated how she checked in regularly to see if I needed anything and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you, May, for your wonderful hospitality – you’re a real gem!

Wonderful hotel stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Peaceful ambiance, tasty food, and convenient location made my visit comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend for a business travels. Don’t expect early check-in or shower facility.
