While I had to change 3 rooms due to A/C problems, the level of service I received, the authentic desire to help from the team, more than made up for it. Otherwise, the hotel is well located within a walking distance of nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast has a decent choice and good quality. The rooms are on a smaller side but well equipped. Also, the gym and pool are small, but in good condition and sufficient. For the price, it was a great stay.

The staff is great. Always helpful, especially Dream. She is very nice and always willing to help and answer any questions. The room was modern, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good! You need to do this. The gym is basic but everything you need. Newer equipment! Great! I highly recommend this hotel. Great location too.

I recently stayed at Holiday inn express Pattaya and I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the receptionist named Four. From the moment I arrived, Four greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with any questions I had. Four went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, offering great local recommendations and even helping me arrange transportation when I needed it. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. Thank you, Four, for making my stay extra special. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel, and I hope to see you at the front desk again

Not sure why this is listed as a 3 star. Should probably be revised to a four-star. Have stayed in Holiday inn Express in california. The one in Thailand was as good or better. Was very happy with every aspect including the staff and breakfast. Was able to get a very good price online. Everything about this hotel is good. It is an interesting part of town. Not dangerous at all but a lot of traffic and nightlife nearby. This hotel is at the top of my list when looking for a hotel in this area, in this price range. Everyone was great but especially Kuhn Care. Please say hello to her if you see her at the front desk.
