We upgraded to a 2 bedroom with an ocean view and 2 bathrooms on the 28th floor. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily. The rooms were clean. Staff over all areas of the hotel were exeptional. Front desk service was very good as were concierge, restaraunt, cleaning and Executive Lounge services. The Hilton is very central to Surfers Paradise shopping,clubs, bars and restaraunts. We were very pleased we stayed for 7 nights.

We stayed 5 nights at The Hilton and were thoroughly impressed. The room was set up so well for a family with a well stocked kitchen, European laundry and ample furniture. The pool area was fantastic with 4 different pools to dip your toes in. The weather wasn't great for a lot of our stay and the pool is very cold, but we enjoyed being outdoors when we could. The buffet breakfast was great, with all the options you could want for an Australian breakfast. They occasionally brought in some Asian noodles or something a little different, but had all your standards and was high quality. Staff are great, and the amenities are well maintained. My only feedback is that the beds in our second room needed replacing as they had a very big dip in the centre. The lower back wasn't loving it. The rooms could do with a little freshen up, as ours had a lot of nicks in the walls around the space. But for the price point, you happily overlook these things.

We are truly grateful for the courteous and flexible support provided by the staff. We stayed at this hotel for a wedding ceremony, and despite a sudden change of plans the night before, She responded with warmth and professionalism. This experience will stay with us forever. We will definitely be back!

Stayed 5 nights in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. Perfect for our family, clean, and comfortable with great views. Location is unbeatable (right on the beach!). Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Pool area fantastic. Only downsides: breakfast was just average, and some furnishings slightly dated. Overall, great value for a longer stay – highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Surfers Paradise. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, just steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great views and all the amenities you’d expect from a Hilton. It felt like a home away from home. But the highlight for us was definitely the breakfast buffet — absolutely incredible! A huge variety of fresh options: hot dishes, pastries, fruits, juices, and barista-made coffee. Everything was well presented and constantly replenished, with friendly staff making sure everyone was looked after. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Gold Coast!
