We came to umrah through a group and they booked this hotel which was lovely and staff friendly and helpful.. always there when you need anything. We booked breakfast as well, and I must say there were so many varieties to choose from, and your plate was never empty. It was delicious. I also ordered room service for my son, who only has English food and didn't want to take him out to feed him, but me and my husband and I enjoyed our traditional foods outside. Room service food was a delight, and my son really enjoyed it. They also rang to get feedback, which I thought was very nice. Overall, I would say it's a beautiful hotel, and if you're thinking of coming for umrah and staying at a 5*, then I would highly recommend the Hilton Convention
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the Kabba, with everything you could need nearby, including plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the mosque. My room even had a partial view of the mosque, which was a lovely touch. While the room could use a bit of updating, it was overall comfortable and clean, providing a great place to relax after a busy day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was a highlight – delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, great service, and satisfying amenities!
Worth your money. Fancy and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. We had 3 children with us. Room has tv, iron board + iron, large closet, safety box, coffee table and sofa and 4 full size beds with plenty space to move around. View of masjid al haraam(not the Kaaba) is amazing. Close to haram, about 10 minutes walk and 15 min walk with small children to get close to Kaaba. No it is not 2 min walk as some reviews say. Bathrooms are nice and clean. But very slippery. My 2 year old fell in the shower. Breakfast buffet was huge with lots of varieties of different cultures. American, Saudi , Pakistani and others. It was expensive but worth the money so we could do umrah and pray in masjid and rest our jet lagged bodies in comfort. Also our check in time was 4 pm but the hotel staff accommodated us and made the room available to us at 1-2 pm as we got there early and were too tired to go to masjid or anywhere else after a super long flight. We asked for bananas for our toddler as we were leaving for our flight around 3 am. Staff provided.
Hotel is excellent. From checkin process till the end, everything was perfect. Cleaning staff is doing a great job. Breakfast offers a good variety. Dinner is executive lounge is simply fantastic. I think they need to change the name from light dinner into heavy dinner ))) Oybek Usmonov collected my reviews and offered sincere support. Faris and Abdurahman are also working hard to earn satisfaction. And big thanks to Abdurahim for his leadership in the lounge
The ambience of the hotel is really relaxing and quiet. People here are very polite and helpful. I loved the service that they are doing. Absolutely prestigious and clean executive lounge they have in the 8th floor. Oybek collected my feedback and offered help.
