HG Hotel in Langkawi offers a comfortable and well-maintained stay just a short walk from Maha Tower. As an islamic hotel, it caters to guests seeking a halal-friendly environment. Conveniently siluated in Kuah town, it provides easy access to busting bazaars, diverse dining spots, and a large duty-free shopping center owned by HIG. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English. The room service person responds well, towels, soaps and water were provided on time. The room is very spacious with clean washroom. Our 4-day, 3-night visit was pleasant, with a well-kept yet slightly dated property. The amenities met expectations, and the staff accommodated our request for a sea-view room, enhancing the experience. Breakfast featured a wide selection of dishes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Looking forward to returning in the future. Suggest HIG hotels for family stay as it offers more family friendly rooms and food menu.

The staff were very helpful and willing to assist me in arranging a courier service to collect my goods. Delicious fried rice and a nice breakfast.

Overall the HIG hotel is great for service, facilities and food. I book junior suite and superior room for my family. They enjoy stayed at there. I just want to recommended for management team to look out service for pest control. Because you need this service with schedule to rid cockroaches in room and cafe.
