Location was quite far from restaurants and local market, however the view is beautiful and the service is great. If you are able to drive motobike, that would be more convenient to get around.

The resort is charming. It is a pittoresque place, with a nice bedroom, very pleasant people, and good food!! I highly recommend going with friends.

I have spent more than one week here and everything was smooth and nice. This place is everything you need for some tranquil and laidback environment.
The staff were awesome and always available.

The staffs there are very good but the hotel is quite old, the rooms, the facilities are quite old. The location is also quite remote. The beach in front of the hotel is not swimmable.

We made a visit here on holiday eve recently, there are many negatives on this resort.First the distance from Bintan Terminal is one hour long, costing us 40sgd dollars. When we arrived at the guest reception, There are no air con there and weather is hot.We try to tolerate on this.
Then we were given the room finally. The room toilet have bad sewage smell and the living room have a bad scent smell
We told the manager and they just ignored us. Next the fuming things comes, we asked the staff on the food location and they told us it will around 20minutes. We followed their instruction but we walked for around 30minutes and still we cannot found it.
Unable to tolerate this, we went back to the cottage and we asked them on this matter on finding food location matter.
They replied to us that they will take us to the restaurant. They should have offered to take us there initially. We just left the place without checking and regret the trip.On the security, it seems that anyone can just come here inside. On the food inside, we must sit at the center of the cottage where the weather is hot. The cottages could be great to the local here. But for foreigners, look elsewhere.
