44 Chee Uthit Rd, Tambon Hat Yai, Amphoe Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110, Thailand
Within walking distance to the Lee Garden mall and the morning market. Hotel looks old but room is clean. The wall is rather thin. Can hear other customers who came home late night and making noise in the corridor. But street is quiet and do not disturb my sleep otherwise. Room Aircon is good and quiet. Very limited parking space.
Hotel HatYai Ching Hao Grand, it is a family run hotel, only providing rooms. Location at Chee Uthit road, a central touristy area in Hatyai downtown. People with no own transport to move around, this is an ideal budget hotel. As with most older buildings in HatYai, Ching Hao Grand has larger space rooms, typical nostalgic design, ceramic floor unlike carpeted one and most importantly clean. Shower & toilet in 1 room, running water pressure, just fine. Mattress is pretty standard, comes with only 1 pillow. You may request for extra, if you need. Room has hair dryer, electric kettle, drinking glass & daily 2 bottles of drinking water, a small fridge. 1 bath towel for each person with no hand/face towel. The wall unit air-conditioner, in my room & friends’ too are pretty new & well maintained. It is really cold, good for hot afternoon back from shopping or walk walk break. Cool down abit & take a shower, then out again ..... perfect location to load our shopping stuff and then head out again due to the convenient location. There is also an indoor car parking space, not many parking lots though. Hotel lobby is pretty small. Wifi isn’t that good from the rooms, not sure about at the lobby. Now, as this is a family run hotel, one will get personal friendly attention from the owners.... super friendly and super helpful.
Room is big and clean. Limited carpark. Great location, just 2 minutes walk to Odean and Lee garden plaza
