I had a great stay at Harper Premier Hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making check-in and our overall experience smooth. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything in good working condition. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the food tasted great. However, due to the holiday season, the dining area felt quite cramped with many tables placed close together. The air conditioning also struggled to keep up with the large crowd, making the space feel a bit warm. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Had breakfast in Svarga and it was such a nice way to start the day. Clean & good ambience. Lovely staff (Ms. Abelia is a happy & helpful one) and nice city view from the 18th floor. Adding more western/european variety to the menu would be appreciated. Overall satisfying and would love to come back for more. Keep it up, guys!! :)

The hotel is brand new so everything is pretty good and it’s clean, tidy, beautiful. The room equipped with Google Service. Great location with a lot of local food restaurants downstairs and massage shops. The staffs are rather friendly, both Hadraini & Adrele gave us a super warm welcome and excellent service during our breakfast in the hotel. The foods are all good, you can find both local foods and western food for the breakfast. Highly recommended!

The hotel is new. The whole area has convenience shop and plenty choices for food. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff are very helpful and kind. There was one morning, while I was having breakfast with my family at the 18th floor, there was 2 gentlemen smoking at the balcony sitting area with smoking zone. I expressed my concern that the cigarette smokes came in affected the aircond area. Hadraini helped, he extended his help to coordinate the 2 gentlemen to sit further from the entrance door. Appreciated so much for his extra-mile service. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

Hotel feels very new, neat and well maintained. The restaurant is very well lighted, clean and well laid out. Buffet spread is sufficient. The room is neat, clean and spacious. Please continue to maintain the standard!
