From our first day we had a warm welcoming. The staff members at reception were kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage before our check-in time which was great as we used the time to explore the city. On our last day we chilled at the pool. The pool is big enough and had plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The hotel is surrounded by many local shops and restaurants. There are two metro stations close by and the the airport shuttle bus is only 4 mins. away walking distance. We will definitely book at this location again on our next visit!

Staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive—from reception, business centre, concierge, housekeeping, to the swimming pool team—everyone made us feel welcome. Special thanks to Zebrina (Business Centre) and Cyrus (Concierge) for going above and beyond. All requests were handled quickly, and they even stored our luggage during a short trip. Room was spotless and comfy, and location is just a short walk to transport. We truly felt looked after from start to finish, and can’t wait to come back again. This hotel I stay regularly. Very friendly staff especially the receptionist Desmond who is very helpful and professional. Hotel had good location - have many restaurants around. Also close to MTR and bus stop is by the door. Free shuttle services to TST. Room is spacious compare to other hotel. Room rate is also great.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Hong Kong. Thrilled that when I visited last year, there is a MTR station ( To Kwa Wan) about 10 mins walk away. A good warm up to start your adventure! Clean and tidy rooms; spacious by Hong Kong standards. (their smallest room is 26sq metres). A total of 5 lifts to serve the guests. Various transport options by bus and MTR to Hung Hom, Tsim Tsha Tsui (Star ferry) and Hong Kong island. Bus stop just 5 mins walk and within 30 mins bus ride and you find yourself at Central and Wan Chai. What attracted me most was the To Kwa Wan neighbourhood. Bustling in the morning yet chill and relaxed in the evenings. Definitely a good entry point to a local experience and insight to daily Hong Kongers life.
