I always love my stays at Happy Vikings.! The staff really do make this place. Cleaning, Kitchen, Bar/Restaurant... they are all friendly and helpful with a genuine smile. You don't have to be Scandanavian to stay here. You may meet a few in the bar restaurant, but everyone is friendly, and i have never had any problems with guests or visitors. A very safe place...everyone sets a decent ocean view vibe and chills the day away. Rooms are cleaned daily, and this particular room was my favourite (102)... Not small, but not too big, with morning views of the Gulf from your bed! The rooms have been recently renovated, including the bathrooms. Always a decent hot shower. Have Eaten and Drunk at Vikings many times over the past year or more , excellent Draft Heineken and Carlsberg plus food and service always good . Great Location as mentioned , Stayed for nearly 2 weeks recently on the first floor , room fine for a good price . I knew the live music stopped at 11 so not a problem as i'm a night owl . My only complaint would be the noise from other guests coming in late , 2 am etc. and also being woken at 6/30 am by loud conversations in the Corridor . Thankfully not every morning . I understand many are on holiday and staff preparing to service rooms etc. Perhaps some pinned notice requesting courtesy to other guest might help .

Stayed here at Deluxe Queen with Sea View room. Was very nice hotel near everything and very nice staff. Very reasonable prices and food was good and there were live music every night. Will definetly come back!

My apologies for the owner for the mishap that showed unfair review and without any explanation. I don’t know how that happened. I only attended the restaurant for breakfast which was just perfect. Excellent location, lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff which makes anyone feel comfortable and relaxed. Ordered breakfast set with the usual ingredients that is served in most restaurants and cafes all around, however, this one tasted good, cooked nicely, presented well, with a smile, and doesn’t cost much. Portion is sufficient to fill the normal adult. Lovely place. In reply to your question about the 5 star rating, I have rewarded the full 5 star in both, location and service. I couldn’t rate you for the room as I didn’t rent one, that is why. Maybe your business is listed as hotel service and not including the restaurant which needs to be corrected.?
