Great budget hotel, very lovely staff, perfect service. Rooms are spacious and everything works fine. Internet is stable with good speed. Bathroom is good too. The beach is on the other side of the street and you'll find a night market and a 7 Eleven right around the corner. It's worth noting they're offering monthly deals as well if you're staying long term (pic attached). Overall very happy with my stay here.

Upgraded room to get partial sea view on forst floor.Large comfortable room,able to see the beach.Bed was comfortable and free breakfast provided.Small but adequate . Good range of street food very close.Beach just across the road.

Nice place good value quick early checkin thats nice,wifi ok ,location ok nice view over the beach,the sound from cars and motobikes on beach road can be little disturbing, But beware Thai locals meets here on the beach every night and play loud music until sunrise,almost impossible to sleep good,i dont blame the hotel but how can it be allowed do disturb everyone for nightsleep condo owners and hotel owners must do something about this otherwise ppl will not come back Breakfast was small but ok for me and it was included in roomprice,i recommend if you dont want a good sleep at night or wear earplugs

Quiet beach area but waters seem rough in March. Pattaya city beach is where the action is. Shopping, food and entertainment.
