From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, making us feel instantly at home. The service was exceptional, with great attention to detail. Elsa at the front desk was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. She made sure our check in was smooth and even gave us fantastic recommendations for local attractions. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, all carefully prepared and delicious. The staff in the dining area were attentive, making sure our coffee cups were always full. The spa experience was beyond relaxing, with skilled therapists and a tranquil ambiance. It was exactly what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Thank you, Elsa, and the entire team for making our stay so special! We will definitely be back.

The staff are really really helpful. Andrew and Eddie really go above and beyond The location was great. The room was okay, it lost a star due to not being the room I wanted but it was clean and nice. Breakfast was good, great selection. The only downside I would say, it's extremely extremely noisy. I didn't sleep well due to the noise in the hotel, other guest and the outside. There is no soundproofing. If you are light sleeper, this is not a great choice

Great little hotel. We had a Balcony Suite that was spacious and comfortable. Location was fantastic as we had everything relatively close by. Amazing staff, Tiffany ensured we were well looked after and provided us with some excellent suggestions of what to see and provided direction to great eateries. Jenny made sure we were well looked after at every breakfast and Elsa and Andrew were terrific at the front desk. In fact all staff at the hotel were extremely professional and courteous all the time. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed with tea and local sweets. Every team member, from bellboys to receptionists was polite, helpful, and always smiling. We tried the hotel’s in-house spa and were blown away. The massage was one of the best we’ve had anywhere, professional, relaxing, and thorough. Thuong, our therapist, was incredibly skilled. Highly recommend!

As a vegetarian, I'm always a bit worried about food options when I traveled. But the staff here really impressed me. Tiffany took the time to recommend several nearby vegetarian restaurants, even marked them on my map and helped me say key phrases in Vietnamese. I ended up having the best vegetarian Vietnamese food of my life thanks to her help. Even at breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised to find several vegetarian friendly options like veggie stir-fry, roasted potatoes, pasta, and even a simple but tasty pizza. It's clear they made an effort to cater to all dietary needs. Amazing services for plant based traveler!
