I stayed here 2 years ago and I remembered having a great overall experience, so I decided to stay here again in my 2025 Hanoi trip. I had a relaxing and extremely comfortable stay, thanks to the hospitality and the above-and-beyone service of the hotel staff. Shout-out to Clark in the front office, who thoroughly assisted me with my requests), thank you very much!!! Moreover, the hotel has cozy, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast buffet was superb. Location is very central as well. Next time I have a trip back to Hanoi, I will be back in this hotel.

This was our first time to visit Hanoi and we did not know what to expect. Surprisingly, it was a very positive experience and extremely pleasant visit. One of the key aspects of our visit was the hotel here, the Hanoi Pearl by Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally pleasant, helpful, attentive, and polite. Clark and Kevin were phenomenally helpful and communicative with us. All of the staff; front desk, housekeeping, restaurant et. al. were superior. They made our stay memorable and we will return in the future! Nice hotel, wonderful staff, great location, highly recommend!!

We stayed multiple nights in the budget room, just looking for a solid place to stay in a great central location. Even though we weren't planning on spending much time at the hotel, we absolutely loved staying here. The staff are beyond excellent, so friendly and helpful. When we had an unexpected itinerary issue, they helped call the company and smoothed things over for us. They were constantly helping and recommending great local things. The breakfast is excellent, and they have great variety. The location in right next to the lake, and it feels like the whole of the Old Quarter is a 5 minute walk away. We were sad to leave! Thank you to all the staff at the Pearl Hotel, we hope to be back soon!

Nice Hotel in the middel of Hanoi. Great rooms with soft bed's for a really fair price. In short walking distance you get a lot of beautiful restaurants and small shopping areas. The evening you can enjoy on the rooftop bar with a nice view of the old Hanoi City. Thanks for the upgrade during our second stay.

Hanoi Pearl Hotel is one of the best hotels to stay at in the Old town. The location is perfect - very close to all the old town activities and lake, but it’s not on one of the main streets which means it’s much quieter and accessible. The rooms are great value for money and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend choosing this hotel for a single or couple stay if your plan is to spend most of your time in the old town area. Thanks again to all the team who do a great job.
