The room is overall very convenient, good worth for money, great location, in a quiet area yet very close to the old town and all the busy market places. Don’t expect fancy rooms, but they are practical. Service is great, we booked all our trips to the nearby cities very last minute and they always helped us to make it happen and book us all the rides and the tours needed. Breakfast can definitely be better

Rooms are smallish and dated, but that's probably typical for most, if not all, 4-star hotels in Old/French Quarter. The great service and friendliness of staff made up for it. Breakfast was also decent with enough varieties. Location is great within walkable distance to all attractions around Hoan Kiem Lake. It's off one of the busiest traffic streets in the area but you wouldn't hear the road noise because the hotel is hidden in an alleyway. If you manage your expectations, it's a good hotel to stay while you visit Hanoi.

Stayed for 3 nights, rooms were great - big and spacious, the best showers we‘ve seen our whole trip. The breakfast was also really lavish - you were absolutely spoilt for choice. The booking system via Booking.com was a little weird however but the staff on site was very accommodating and friendly and made sure we were feeling right at home.

We booked via booking.com a room in a hotel under the name " Hanoi Heritage corner hotel and spa". The location of this hotel was wrong on maps. After 30 minutes finally we found the correct location. On the reception the guy told us that there is no avaliable room on " Hanoi Heritage corner hotel and spa" hotel, but they could give us an upgraded room in the hotel "Hanoi paradise center hotel and spa". At the beginning it was very mysterious and strange. But later we understood that both hotels located side by side, under the same address. So, overall is a decent hotel, the personnel is friendly and the gave us early check in without extra charge. The breakfast is good having Vietnamese and European options. The location of the hotel is in "old Quarter" , very convenient for tourists.

We had a great stay here. We arrived by overnight bus at 5.30am and staff member Karn let us check in early and even gave us a room upgrade. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was very comfortable with a big comfortable bed. The bathroom is small but not too small. Plenty of hot water. The room comes with a mini fridge which unfortunately wasn't cooling down so staff let us put some items in their fridge. Highly recommend this hotel and thank you Karn and other staff for excellent service.
