Really good location, the room was spacious,  clean and fairly accurate with the pictures. The window was actually inside the lobby, but we didn’t care that much since you still cam get day light.

Savory and sweet options for breakfast along with fruit choices.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, all the recommendations were good. They also booked us a car to go to the airport cheaper than grab.

I would come again!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The first room I was given had mold, and although some staff members tried to offer a different room, the alternatives were hardly any better—still musty and in poor condition.

For what it offers, the hotel is completely overpriced. Even worse, some of the staff seemed to take advantage of guests when booking tours. During the tour itself, they were unhelpful and at times didn’t even respond when assistance was needed.

Overall, I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

We booked a private room which was nice and spacious. Airconditioning worked fine and bathroom was also good. Service was okay nothing special. However one day after checking out i got an email from them that we used $10 worth of stuff from the minibar. We took one bottle of water, which we paid when checking out. When i called them out on this and requested a list of stuff we had "used" i was ignored. Really weird experience.
UPDATE: After leaving this review they emailed me again claiming to have pictures and asking me to delete this review. I was send these pictures, which are just pictures of the minibar (no empty bottles/wrappers, or before pictures of a filled minibar) aka no proof at all. My guess is that the cleaning staff failed to properly fill the minibar and now think we took stuff from there that wasn’t even there in the first place. The problem here is not the $10, as this is not a high amount, but the fact that they accuse guests without any evidence of stealing. Really scummy practice.

Extremely bad treatment. I booked two nights and the room I booked is not available although I paid with credit card in advance and they  offered me a smaller room without balcony for double the price of the original booking. No amount of reasoning worked. They were just really rude and unbelievably irresponsible. They asked me to cancel the booking and lose the money I paid.
