I stayed here for one night, and while the room was nothing fancy and slightly run-down, it was perfectly fine for the price. The location is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. The men running the place were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with useful information, assisting in booking a bus, and even helping adjust my itinerary based on their recommendations. A few days later, I returned to Hanoi for my departure without a room booked. Not only did they allow me to store my backpack, but they also kindly offered me the use of a shower. After a long, sleepless night trip from Sapa, being able to freshen up and change clothes made my day. Their hospitality and kindness truly stand out, and I would happily stay here again!

I’ve stayed in a couple different places in Hanoi, but this was by far the best. The rooms are nice and clean, the location is great, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. After staying at another hotel and having an awful experience, we came here to drop off our bags before checking in. They saw how tired we were and let us check in early and upgraded our room. We left for a couple days to go to ha long bay and we had such a good time here we decided to come back. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We have check in 501. The room was very spacious with a balcony. The staff was very helpful. During our stay it was too cold in the room even the ac is turned off. They provided a heater just to make us comfortable in our stay in Hanoi. I love to coneback and recemmend this hotel to friends who are going to visit Hanoi.

We stayed here for two nights after our booked hotel had some issues and booked this hotel for us instead. The biggest asset is definitely the location, as you are right in the historical center yet the hotel was very quiet. Nice bathroom, the room was nothing too special but for the price it was very much okay. Would stay here again for sure!
