Well located, close to train street, old quarter and the lake. Very clean, friendly staff and customer service is fantastic. Ms Vivienne did our welcome very well. Rooftop bar an amazing end to a busy day. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at many hotels and facilities in Hanoi, and overall, this hotel is my favorite. The staff are all very accomidating, kind and hospitable. They attend to your every request and have a smile every step of the way. 10/10 service. Affordable and comfortable accommodation. The rooms are spacious, clean, fresh, with nice comfy beds. The view is good and has a warm atmosphere. You can park your motorbikes on the property, and they will securely park it inside at night. The breakfast is standard but still enjoyable. The location is ideal, as it's close to the night market and beer street. Finally, you can leave your bags there after check-out, explore bag free , and come back later to collect them. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. 10/10??

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful—nothing was too much trouble for them. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail made our stay feel truly special! Thank you, Eddie and Lily! The hotel was clean and equipped with modern amenities, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Our family room was spacious and perfect for a family, providing plenty of space to unwind. The hotel's location couldn’t be better, as it is right by Hoan Kiem Lake and just a short walk or ride to Train Street and the markets. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Had a great experience at HM boutique hotel. The front office staff Lily is very friendly,supportive and a great help, she helped us with every little need and query of ours. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi. The rooms super clean and the hotel lies in the heart of old quarters.

Duong and Lily were awesome. They went out of their way to make sure I was both taken care of. Loved the rooms, very comfortable, clean with great AC and a soft bed. Would definitely stay here again.
