Hotel Graceful Hanoi is a well-located stay in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it convenient for exploring the city. While the rooms are a very small, especially the washrooms, they are clean and well-maintained. The downside is that the room that we got its was 702, it had no window and for someone like me who needs fresh air it was a nightmare for 2 nights that we stayed there. A big plus is that the hotel has elevators, which is not always common in Hanoi. They also arrange motorbike rentals and airport transfers at reasonable rates, even cheaper than GRAB, which is a great convenience. A special mention to Lucky, the manager, who truly made our stay memorable with her warm hospitality and helpful nature. She is an absolute gem, and we wish her all the best! Overall, a good option for a short stay in Hanoi with great service and a fantastic location.

Had 2 rooms during this experience, first room was kind of small. We got upgraded to a larger room during our stay which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. The rooms were very clean. Great location easily accessible to major tourist areas and airport. The guy at the front desk, I didn’t catch his name, but he was very helpful even with our late check in. He also helped to bring bags out to our grab ride and was overall very pleasant during this experience. The stay overall was a great experience and I would highly recommend and stay here again but in the superior room instead if available at the time. Has wifi.

Great location, walkable distance to all the major attractions, train street, beer street, the lake, the wholesale market, the night market etc etc Property - the balcony rooms are spacious, the others are slightly cramped. Neat and maintained well. Breakfast boufet is decent, vietnamese noodles is a must try. could have had some variety for different days. People- Ha Nguyen is a gem, she helped us with all the bookings, the transport and the hotels, cruise etc... She is quite courteous and helpful Thanks Kevin and Vy for your service. The check in time is 2pm and checkout is 12pm. So if you land up at 6 am, be prepared to wait at the reception for atleast 3 to 4 hours or till the time the rooms are ready, unless you have paid up in advance for early checkin. Same is the case with checkout. Over all good for young couples/small family, bachelor's ......

Good place to stay in Hanoi. The place is clean and the staff are very accommodating. They allowed us to have late check in and stay on the lobby when we were waiting for our pick up. They also arranged our airport pick up which was great and efficient.

We had an amazing stay at Hanoi Graceful Hotel! They have an elevator so it was easy to bring our luggage to the 3rd floor. They cleaned the room and replaced the towels every day. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet! The sweet potato balls and pancake with honey were amazing! It was also near the places in our itinerary, making exploring the old quarter area easier. The staff were super helpful and friendly. During check-in, they provided a map and a list of helpful tips. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped us book an early transfer from the hotel to the airport. They also gave us take-away breakfast since our flight was early.
