Comfy beds, thick mattress, good facilities overall but not over the top. Welcoming and helpful staff. Def worth the price compared to other places in hanoi. Location is the best for me, not in the middle of the old quarter with the noise but a little bit further. Things to do better: 1. They only let you rent a towel, not even give a deposit, so i had to use my own. 2. Towel to the legs at the shower should be changed 3. Dont do any construction work inside the room in the morning

In my opinion it is one of the best hostel dormitories in hanoi. Every time that i come to the city i stay here. There is a small common area inside the building and two chairs and a table outside for smokers or anyone who wants to breathe some air. The beds are comfortable, the room is pretty wide so you don't feel claustrophobic. There are two toilets and two showers in the large dormitory room and the toilet and shower are separated. Always have a hot shower anytime of the day. The management is really nice and friendly.

Fantastic place. Got the standard room with the double bed. It was luxurious, and for the price each night of cheap kebab with chips and a coke ( $15 AUD), perhaps 250,000 dong a night. Cute family runs it with one of them always in the lobby for assistance. They do very competitively priced laundry additionally.
