The rooms are great. I had one with a beautiful view. However, the noise from nearby clubs gets pretty loud and usually goes on until around 4 a.m. I didn’t mind it, but if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider staying elsewhere. The gym was closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the location is definitely the highlight.

Stayed here Friday and Saturday night. Itaewon is great location for exploring Seoul and this hotel is right next to the station entrance. The area is busy with clubs, and restaurants. I enjoyed walking around watching people enjoy themselves. I shut the bedroom windows and pulled the curtains across and had a great night's sleep. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. I stupidly left my passport at the hotel when I checked out on Sunday. Four hours before my flight home on Monday, I went to the hotel and they went over and above to help reunite me with my passport. I got the passport back and managed to make my flight home. I'm so grateful to the reception staff. They refused to accept a monetary reward or any other way I could show my gratitude.

Love the hotel. Real 5 Star facilities (although it's just a 3 star hotel) with bathrobes, full-size bath tub and shower, iron, ironing table, electric kettle, proper slippers, electric toilet with heated seats and heated water with the bidet. Room is a little small but suitable for the price. People complain about the noise but I asked for a high floor and was not bothered by any noise at all. Surrounded with convenience with an emart next door and halal food everywhere. Lovely pancake house next door too. Looking forward to returning!

This is a review of the sauna only. Staff are less than friendly, but not rude. Remember to ask for sauna pyjamas when you enter as you will need them to access the so called “sleeping room”. There’s hot (42°C), warm (38°C) and tepid (it was registering at 28°C but I reckon it was more like 22-24°C) pools and two saunas, one at just under 70°C and one at just over 60°C. The seating in the saunas consists of four stump stools - uncomfortable and unsightly. It seemed clean enough, and the warm pool was great. The “sleeping room” is hot and stuffy and low-ceilinged and utterly impractical. Despite this, it is popular with friends of Dorothy who are looking to practice their interpersonal skills…
