I checked in on the 20/4/2025 Sunday. Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location is great, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and SPAs. Convenient stores and supermarket nearby. The hotel male receptionist was very friendly, attentive and helpful on my check-in. After getting my room card, I asked if I can take a look at the room for a single one, He said sure but let him check in other guests first. So I just went to my room first , after awhile the same male receptionist knocked on my door asking whether I still interested in seeing the room. I thought he had forgotten, really appreciated his attentiveness and after support. Also other hotel staff who helped resolve the TV issue, their response was very efficient, including house keeping ?, I like the unique designs of the hotel. Later I found out there are other Hako hotels in JB, each have their unique designs. Definitely will come back again. Love the friendly and efficiency of the staff, makes you feel very comfortable staying there. ?

Though some mentioned of the noise from the ktv downstairs, surprisingly did not hear any. The room has basic necessity except for fridge. Its good for those in that area for short stay. Also, the air-conditioning for the room i was given take awhile to cool the room down
