I'm surprised by some of these reviews. I stayed here for over a week in two separate rooms and I had a phenomenal stay. Rooms were cleaned as requested everyday and fully stocked. They provide some free bottled water everyday which is nice. I had a minor issue with the TV and they had someone up to my room in 5 minutes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic and cannot be beat. Highly recommend

great location, 2 min walk from the metro station, rooms were okay, they upgraded my room and checked in earlier which was a bonus no breakfast was available, but there are some cafes around and convenience store at the ground floor

I didn't actually stay here, but at another hotel in the same building, but I just wanted to share that the staff on the reception were very lovely and incredibly helpful, letting me use their phone for over an hour to try and reschedule a cancelled flight. Thank you so much for your kindness! I can also add that the location is ideal for anyone attending conferences at BEXCO and there is a coffee shop and grocery store in the hotel lobby.

This hotel is a bit hard to get to if you have a ton of luggage. It's not too far away from the airport, maybe about a 30 minute taxi if you want convenience. The staff upon checking in is super nice and it has really nice convenient stores that are around. This hotel has a pretty nice coin laundry that was super useful, note here that it really only uses coins and they do have a coin converter for ease inside the laundry facility. The only thing that I didn't like was that I believe the room we were situated in had black mold as I was continuously coughing and the air conditioning was not that good inside the hotel rooms.
