My stay at Hotel Lancaster was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail, from the impeccable service to the luxurious accommodations, was thoughtfully executed to perfection. I requested room service and the food was absolutely delicious, showcasing a level of quality that truly stood out. A special mention goes to Camilla, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was flawless. Her dedication was evident when she arranged for someone to fix my nails on December 31st—a gesture that truly speaks to the hotel’s commitment to its guests. The room service was equally remarkable, providing seamless convenience and comfort throughout my stay. I requested a car service to the airport and It was on time and patient since I was running late. Every interaction with the staff reflected professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to make my time unforgettable. I cannot recommend Hotel Lancaster enough. It was an experience I will always treasure, and I look forward to returning.”

Stayed here for 10 days around Christmas and it was an absolute joy! The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. The location is great for seeing some of the main attractions but you wouldn’t know it from how quiet your room stays! The terraced rooms are fantastic and the hotel bar is a great place to grab a drink before dinner! I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting paris!

My stay at Lancaster Paris was absolutely delightful and unforgettable! The staff provided amazing service, and I loved the decor in our signature suite. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. We had a large balcony with proper seating and a table, which was a great addition. The room was very clean as well. The food was exceptional! We particularly enjoyed the in-room dining, especially breakfast. The spa experience was also wonderful. Even though it was a rainy day, staying in the hotel room felt cozy and inviting. We were welcomed with drinks and macarons, which was such a lovely touch. I was beyond satisfied with my experience!

We really enjoyed our time here. We were traveling from Canada with our 15mo old which is definitely an experience. Once we landed and got to the hotel the room was ready early, the crib/cot was ready for our little guy and they even had a plushie for him along with baby moisturizers and such. We had no problem w/ the carriage / pram and the hotel has an elevator. Our little guy enjoyed exploring all over. Just a minute or two to Champs-Élysées and very quiet from road noise. Breakfasts were great! We didn't any other room service but you can have it to your room or in the main restaurant. I would say there can be some room noise but not more than we experienced elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend, it's also an AMEX Fine Hotels property so there are perks too if you book through that. We will definitely be back again.

A recommendation from my brother - fantastic location and rooms, and the star of this hotel is the staff. Each person at the Lancaster is 5-Star. Amazing stay from start to finish…thank you for making our trip to Paris such a beautiful one.
