The staff were helpful and nice, check in was easy and quick. We booked a suite with balcony, the room is spacious with a kitchen. Overall quite clean, equipped with all the amenities we need. Even the balcony is spacious and cozy. The location is quite convenient, around 5-10 mins walk from Ploenchit or Chit Lom BTS station, different shopping malls like Central World, Erawan only around within 15 mins walk.

Pros: Nice room, large, comfortable, clean. Good breakfast. Professional staff. Nice swimming pool. Cons: old hotel. small gym. Not much to do around, must take taxi or mototaxi to move somewhere else. Overall a good hotel. 4 stars because there are other 5 stars hotels around that really make a big difference. I won't say which ones so you discover them by yourselves? or message me if you really want to know

The hotel is in an excellent location. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The BTS is just a few meters away. The decor, cleanliness, and available facilities leave no room to be desired. Everything is just perfect here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I had to change rooms one night due to a minor issue, I was helped within a few minutes and even received a free upgrade. Thank you very much for that. The room is very nice and offers a great view and amenities. I would be happy to come back.

Such a beautiful and clean hotel! The staff went above and beyond and were extremely accommodating and friendly. Room was spotless and was cleaned with care each day. Highly recommend this hotel would 100% stay here again!
