We loved our stay at Grand Sinar and would definitely come back. The price was exactly right for what you get. Staff were friendly and helpful, they even held my baggage for free for a few days. Loved the pool and the room was great for what we needed. Located in a great area with everything we wanted nearby.

Been staying here for more than 2 weeks if I count it right lol. Room was really nice with balcony and clean (also they clean it everyday). It's pretty affordable for low-budget traveller like me but super worth the money and it felt like I was staying in an expensive hotel (ngl!), they maintain the hotel super well and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to stay ?

We just returned from our 12 days stay at Grand Sinar Indah Hotel. The hotel is older but it was a great stay. The staff were wonderful and helpful. They have 2 big pools that were always crystal clear and they were used so much by my kids, myself and the other 10+ people we holidays with. Aircon worked amazing. Nice hot water in our rooms. Adjoining rooms for families which were great for us. Perfect location, walking distance to absolutely everything you need. Definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

First of all the staff are fantastic, did everything well, they looked after us very well. The hotel is very run down. We had a room on the second floor which was hard for 2 older women to walk up many times a day, we asked for another room on ground floor, they only had one which had a view of a wall. The man in the adjoining room knocked on the wall saying we were talking at 1.30am in the morning and we were snoring like a freight train and he was going to come into our room and rip our heads off, not nice, very confronting, tried to call the front desk but phone not working, complained the next day got new phone. Hotel very run down, no bottles of water, no toilets etc. Paid $45 a night, not happy. The staff are very good an would do anything for you.
